Missed the last couple of days. So let's get caught up.
Tuesday was a blessed day. It ended with a wonderful meeting with the board, as we discussed the future for New Life.
Wednesday - Breakfast was a slice of Ezekiel toast with organic peanut butter.
Lunch was a wonderful salad with oven baked fries on top.
Dinner was an incredible potato leek soup (see Suzannes blog for recipe).
Late night snack - 1 large Fuji apple
Sorry we had to cancel services last night. The weather made for some dangerous driving conditions for the bus and van. See you all Sunday.
Thursday - Breakfast was a slice of Ezekiel toast with organic peanut butter.
Lunch - left over potato leek soup and a box of organic raisins.
Dinner - tofu and vegitable stir fry (something I actually like to eat all the time).
As I write this I am sitting in front of my nice warm wood burning stove enjoying some peace and quiet with Suzanne.
For the past week our family (mostly me, because I love them) has been puting together a 2000 piece puzzle of a collage of The Wizard of Oz. It has allowed me some great time alone just to pray and consider all the blessing the Lord has given to me and my family and all the great things he has in store for New Life. At the rate I am going the new church chairs will probably be in before I finish the puzzle. So, if any of you are puzzle wiz's feel free to stop by and put in a couple of pieces (just leave the last one for me).
